About Me
Lisa Hopson
BSc (Hons), Dip Hyp CS
My Journey
I first discovered hypnotherapy in my twenties, shortly after finishing university, when I was looking for direction in my life. I had seen various counsellors and therapists but still felt I needed more. Then, I had an appointment with a hypnotherapist. I began to notice small but meaningful shifts in my mindset, and after a few sessions, I was convinced of its power.
Fascinated by the experience, I was inspired to study hypnotherapy, NLP, and psychotherapy. However, midway through the course, my circumstances changed, and I had to put my qualification on hold.
Years later, I found myself seeking help from a different hypnotherapist for pregnancy-related anxiety. She guided me through my pregnancy and beyond, reminding me of how powerful hypnotherapy can be. This re-ignited my passion and inspired me to continue my journey to become fully qualified.
