What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)?

EFT, or "tapping", is a simple yet powerful tool that can help you feel better by releasing negative emotions and stress. It combines gentle tapping on specific points of your body, mainly on your face and upper body, with focusing on your thoughts or feelings. This process can help clear emotional blocks, calm your mind, and bring relief from stress.

EFT is based on the idea that when we experience difficult emotions or stress, it creates tension or blocks in our body’s energy system. By tapping on these key acupressure points while you think about what’s bothering you, it helps release that tension and lets the energy flow freely again.
