Bedwetting, also known as nocturnal enuresis, is involuntary urination during sleep. It’s common in younger children but can persist and cause distress as children get older.

Bedwetting can lead to feelings of embarrassment, shame, and frustration, affecting a child’s self-esteem and comfort in social situations like sleepovers. For many, bedwetting happens due to a mix of physical and emotional factors, sometimes triggered by stress or changes.

Addressing bedwetting early helps build self-confidence and promotes a sense of personal responsibility and independence in children.

How hypnotherapy and EFT can help:
Hypnotherapy addresses the subconscious patterns associated with bedwetting, instilling positive suggestions that promote bladder control during sleep. It also helps ease any underlying stress or anxiety that may be contributing. EFT can assist by reducing any shame or embarrassment around bedwetting, providing a practical tool for building confidence and comfort.
