Sleep and relaxation are vital for physical and mental well-being. Lack of sleep or chronic stress can lead to problems like insomnia, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and weakened immunity. Poor sleep can often be a symptom of underlying anxiety, stress, or an overactive mind.


People with sleep problems may struggle to fall asleep, wake up frequently during the night, or feel unrested upon waking. Relaxation may be hard to achieve due to racing thoughts, tension in the body, or feeling overwhelmed by daily stress.
